Aatma Sessions

Where Culinary Craft Meets Culinary History.

Aatma Sessions are intimate, limited-seat events designed to push the boundaries of food. By pairing curated regional bites with live lectures and open talks, we host vital discussions on Indian food history, culture, and identity. We step past the kitchen pass to explore the deep, un-sanitized stories and complex lineages behind every flavor. This is a collaborative masterclass built for those who want to honor the true history and soul of the subcontinent.

We are thrilled to welcome our dear friends, Jyoti and Auyon Mukharji, authors of Heartland Masala to Aatma for an exclusive evening celebrating food, friendship, and the ultimate intersection of flavors.

Mark your calendar for Thursday, June 4th. Doors open at 4pm and this event is entirely first-come, first-served with no reservations required.

Join us for a vibrant evening featuring a dedicated book-signing booth where you can meet the authors and pick up a signed copy of the book. In the kitchen, we’re running a hyper-exclusive, three-dish feature menu alongside our regular offerings for one night only:

  • Papdi Chaat – Crisp, tangy, and bright street-food perfection.

  • Bhuna Gosht – A rich, deeply spiced, slow-cooked lamb masterpiece.

  • Strawberry Tart – Peak-season local June strawberries with mango gel and cardamom whipped cream.

Our virtual waitlist will be active at the door right when we open. Come grab a drink, meet the creators, and taste these limited-edition dishes before they're gone!
